Yours is a 7 bolt if its the original engine. Late 92 -94 were 7 bolts.
just bought a 1991 eagle talon it is a original motor and then the transmission was replaced i have no papers to tell part numbers but the guys says the transmission is a 7 bolt, i know the flywheel and starter will not line up because the bellhousing is to big, i have been told several different thing by different people i talked to a local transmission shop and they said id need a bigger flywheel and id be fine, will i need to get a clutch kit to support the bigger flywheel. i have never done this kind of swap so i am clueless. please can anyone tell me what ill hvae to do to figure all of this out
Is there anyway I can tell to see if its a 6 or 7 without taking everything apart to look at the flywheel?
Well, I just figured out the question in the middle of the thread is not from the OP. New poster go make your own thread.
