2G 6 bolt swap flash 95 ECU?

I have been looking this up for the past 2 days and can not seem to come across a straight answer and was wondering if any one had any ideas.

So here's the question, when doing the 6 bolt swap with a 2g head in a 95 GST does the ECU need to be flashed or should it be good to go.

My only concern right now is to get the car up and running with no major problems or little problems that could end up bad. I'm a little money tight right now and don't plan on doing major mods till this summer (slow work in progress).
