6 bolt locked up at stop sign.

I am wanting other's opinions about what I should do with my engine? Evidentally I had a main seal go out and I lost all my oil... First my turbo locked up (didn't know at the time and drove for another hour like that) then at a stop sign, my motor just locked up. I am wondering if I should attempt to just lube the pistons and try getting it to roll over, or do I have to rebuild the engine? ALSO, I AM looking for a built longblock for a decent price that is semi-local to Parkersburg, WV. Thank you guys!

First thing to do is get it out and apart to see what damage happened.

If the engine locked up from lack of oil, good chance the bearings are seized to the crank

Yeah, I am still planning on tearing it apart, but if it's apart... Shouldn't I just rebuild it anyway? Or would that run a decent amount of money?

No way of knowing what the cost will be till it is apart and what needs fixed. Also depends on what build you want to do.

ok, I have a total of two 6bolt engines and one 7bolt engine... I may take the time to tear all of them apart and try something out.
