calipers locked up

Ok guys i have a 1g fwd auto and just bought some slotted and drilled rotors, put them on and bend to bleed the breaks due to i had to replace a bad break line. So after bleeding the breaks i figured they were good to go but i went to spin the front axels and they will not spin in neutral i even stood on a stud and wont budge. I also did they abs delete dont know if this would effect this or not but ya.

Is it just one side or both fronts?

Problem fixed the rotors were grining on the caliper plate the one the you bolt the caliper to. now the car drives but still hearing a grind somewhat its contant when its rolling also im getting a shake in the steering wheel

Are you getting a shake in the steering only when you apply the brakes or all the time?
