4th gear pops out @ low rpms

Whenever I shift my car from 1.0-1.8k or lower rpm from third to fourth, my fourth gear wont' stay in and will always pop back out. I never have throuble shifting it in 4th if i shift higher in third.

Is this bad synchros?
Damn my extended warranty just expired too...
How much would it cost to fix?
time for a rebuild? arggg...

I had this problem with my 2nd gear popping out. The longer I drove it the worse it got. It ended up my trans was bad. I was lucky and was still under warranty and got a new one.

can this be a bad tranny? or worn shift fork?
when i put it in 4th it pops right back out, most of the time it goes in fine.
