hey guys i have a 4g64 out of a 2000 galant which im wanting to swap into my 2000 lancer which is a dirt car for circle track but my big question is what can i do to get more power bc i cant run turbos or anything like that pretty much a n/a car

With a N/A, go with larger displacement with a dohc head, and do all the common N/A modifications. That's probably the way to go. I think BC still sell a 102mm crank individually or a complete 102mm stroker kit and available. 4g64 is about 2350cc with the 86.5mm stock pistons, with the 102mm crank and 87.5mm pistons, it would make the displacement approxi 100cc more. Of course if the budget would allow.

trying to find a dohc head is pretty rough around where im from plus im not tryin to spend alot on a 500 dollar car LOL

but i do appreciate anyone that comments

Then if I were you, I would focus to lighten the car. If you are capable to disassemble and re-assemble the engine, lighten the rotating assembly parts and make them balanced, too. That would probably make the difference more noticeable than adding parts with a little budget.

definitely understand that guys but another ? when swapping a 4g94 out with a 4g64 do i have to swap the harnesses to or will it run with the 2.0 harness

no sir i literally cant find out anything on the 2000s stuff and yes its a 4g94
