Mitsubishi 4G63 Head Build

I am starting out with 8 heads.
5 are 1G 6 bolt and 3 are 2G 7 bolt
I think one may be a Hyundai head
Some of the heads have been through a machine shop before.
Some base information has been gathered.
The heads have been disassembled, thermal cleaned and glass beaded.
Most of the heads have the oil galley plugs removed.
All heads will be fitted with +1mm oversized valves
7 Heads will have installed BC1100 valve springs
3 Heads will use BC Ti retainers.
Some heads will receive new seats and/or new guides
All heads will receive Vition valve stem seals
Oil port mod #1 will be done

Some of the Parts I will use

I dont know.... Do I have one of your heads?:hmm:

I just recently bought 2 more core heads, (1) 6bolt and (1) 7 bolt, to get cleaned up and to the point of these. So I will have a couple of spares in the shop

So, to get this right. Your taking cores and rebuilding them and sending them out? Whats the going price?

No most all these heads I am building are for my local customers.

If you need a head, Check with the supporting vendors Like JAM or SIM

I love how your posting the details specs. I wish more vendors would do this sort of thing. I take if we sent you a head you'd do some work on it for a modest fee? (dependant on the work obviously)

RipperXX....... Thanks! I am NOT a vendor here on tuners. I do have a samll machine shop and deal with alot of the local DSM crowd.

If you need a head done, I would check with one of the supporting vendors here! They support DSM Tuners, so the members need to support them!

I post the info so members will know what to look for and not have an issue if they go to there local machine shops.

Even though this build thread is "carless", I love it! It's interesting to read about.

And thank you Mr. BogusSVO for all your incite on the forums. I've used your knowledge more then once now.

Geesh A year and a half has past, since I updated this... I found some build notes and thought nI would add the finish specs.
