What would cause my car to die after start ? Some times when it's warmed up it will stay running but till then it will die unless I help it reve.

Many things but first check if the fuel pressure is being maintained after engine is shut off (leaky regulator (usually), injectors, or fuel pump check valve). Pressure should stay for 24 hrs after engine shut off.

My fuel sits at 35 psi idle 40 wot
I can smell strong gas inside the car and the fuel pump sounds very loud at times
I am running rich due to tune but always have ran rich seems to have a delay in throttle tho like I'll go wot and seems to not respond as fast as it should
