Hey guys. So I just recently finished up my rebuild and went over the car. All hoses, electrical connections, etc were intact and how they were suppose to be.

So I went to crank the car and it cranks but it does not start. I've done a lot of researching both on this site and other 420a forums and read a lot of good information which help me get to this point. There are a few things I have checked, but would like some feedback on.

I checked the yellow power wire for both the cam angle sensor and crankshaft position sensor at the PCM and sensors. When the key is turned on, I receive 6.19v volts on the yellow wire at the PCM and sensors and the voltage remains constant till the car is cranked or the key is turned off. When I try to crank the car the voltage stays in between 6-7v.

Now when I check the signal wire for the cam angle sensor at the PCM, I get 4-5v. I've read this to be a correct voltage since my multimeter isn't the best and it can't keep up with the pulses, so it just averages the voltage out. When I check the signal wire for the crankshaft position sensor, I get 5.19-5.40v while cranking. I've checked and even swapped out the ASD relay for a known working relay and there was no change.

Any help or insight would be great. But I guess my questions are:
1) Is the voltage I get on the yellow power wire ok?
2) Should I have a constant voltage on the yellow power wire while the key is on because I have seen where people said it would show the voltage for just a second or two when the key was turned on.
3) Is there anything else that would cause a no start condition besides the cam sensor, crank sensor, ASD relay or PCM?
