I have a bone stock 1998 eclipse GS about 10 weeks ago my car turned off out of no where as if it was out of gas after about 10 minutes it turned back that issue kept having and the time would be longer and longer. 7 weeks ago it wouldn’t turn on at all. I have replaced the fuel pump - fuel pump relay - spark distributor - new battery and have checked all fuses I am not sure what the issue could be please help me figure this out

Verifying if you have spark and fuel as 99dsmer4g63 said above is the first thing you should do here. These cars do sometimes have ground issues which cause what you are describing. If you don't get spark or fuel pressure I would go through and clean up all the engine bay grounds. Most importantly the ones on the inside of the drivers fender by the PCM.
