I am needing to remove engine from vehicle to weld core support and part of the beam. With it out I plan on doing the timing and replacing current water pump. In addition to the rear main seal, what other seals do y'all think I should change or need to change?

Since you have it out and are removing the timing components the Front main seal and the cam shaft seals would be easier now than later. Oil pan gasket would also be easier but it's not too bad when the engine is in the car. There are probably a few others that would be easier with the engine out that I'm not thinking of. Its been a while since I worked on a 420a.

Not just the rear main seal, but the front main seal too (oil pump side). I would also inspect the oil pressure sensor on the backside of the block to see if it appears to be leaking since that's a common leak on the 420A. Aside from that, there aren't many places the oil could leak from on a 420A. The valve cover gasket is another highly common leak area, but that's very easy with engine in the vehicle.
