im looking forward into purchasing the fp green. also the o2 dump with the tial mvs external wg from punishment racing. i am going to have it tuned with a dsm link ecm v3.

Im wanting to reach atleast 400whp. I have a 3'' turbo back,fmi,and hks272 cams. Will this be enough to reach my goal?

Some bigger injectors and you will get to you goal.... The injectors are gunna be the limiting factor here and if you tuning with Link you mine as well go with as big as you can get for a good price
 
May I ask what your tuning with? Bigger injectors with no tuning device is a no-no.
 
im currently running 550's and i have a walbro 255.
Well, the fuel system needs work.


Rewire that 255, AFPR, and some 950-1000cc injectors to make sure you have all the fuel your setup can possibly use.

If you post a detailed mods list, we can be a lot more help.

well thats good to hear! I think forced performance had a sale that included the fp green and the fp manifold for 1200 i think. I just dont want too much power because i know traction is gonna be a bi***!

Sucks that mine is a gst.:banghead: but i know it'll be hard to find a 2g eclipse that looks as clean as ive kept this one. It only has 88k miles.

Say man i have another question about which way would be best to run my bov?? recirculated like it is now or vent to atmosphere??

I bet the mods expected me to flame here..

Anyways. Recirculated is the way to go dude. If you vent it, it will run pig rich and your idle will become wild. These cars also tend to die in between shifts when vented. Baaad juju
 
Recirculated for sure. And if you want to VTA, do it the correct way

I saw that you were looking at the venting is faster that recirculating, I wouldnt buy it.

whats the correct way to vta? gm mass? I also bought the cable that goes from the dsm link v3 to the gm mass instead of the translator. i saved like $120:hellyeah:

vent the bov and run sd ftw

I am running a similar set up as you but have larger injectors 880cc and running a small 16g and getting 270awhp and tq at 14psi. I hear the fp green is a good turbo. I have an AFPR and stock head. I hope you have upgraded your clutch if it is a stick, and know that you will have a good bit of lag.

according to FP, with a good set up, your car may get about 400+whp as it flows 730 cfm compared to the 450 crank hp offered by a reg MHI 20g that flows 650, there about. its doable. I would just be careful to not go too crazy too fast as you will break stuff quickly. This is why i decided against the fp green too. going to tune my 16g and think about an upgrade later after I know it can handle it for sure.
