Unfortunately no you can not, but RTM makes bracket to be used with 13.1 Mustang cobra rotors:

The only problem is the fact you need centering rings, and more recenlty I have discovered in my research, they also require centering sleeves, they screw onto the wheel studs. They were available in the freelance section a while back. heres a video:

I know this. However it would be nice to not require the use of hubcentric adapters, and you should also have "spacers" for the lug holes too.

I make them and they are not absolutely required but nice to have for sure. For $20 shipped it's not a bad deal however, I am currently out and even pulled the set off of my personal car to sell to a member who really needed a set. I've been getting a lot of enquiries lately so I think I'll go ahead and get another batch of them done. I sure would like to have them back on my own car again.

With that said I would not let that hold you back. The VR4 brake upgrade has been amazing.. you will love it.

These are some rough measurements. I need a new dial caliper so these are about as close as I could get with the calipers I have. I would make one out of wood first to test fit before wasting time making one out of metal.

A constant thickness bracket will offset the caliper with respect to the rotor - take 50-55 thou off the area contacting the stock mount tabs to centre the caliper. This is not critical with 30mm rotors, it does matter with the 31mm rotors.

Also, I found that when everything heats up the caliper contacts the rotor, to the point I had to reduce the OD of the rotor by about 60 thou to stop the contact, so you might want to move the outer holes 1mm or so further out.

Could anybody measure the distance from center to center of hole from the 3000gt calipers? I know the DSM knuckle is 5". I know it's around 6 something.
