320whp at 17psi tuning with afc neo and maft alone

woo hoo! Abel racing out of midwest city, oklahoma helped me reach 320whp at 17psi tuning without an e-prom and using afc-neo and a maft only... also we were running too much timing so we didnt wanna push it too far as this is my daily driver so this is a very safe tune. i would recommend abel to anyone in the area they are awesome people to work with and very affordable. next trip im bringing my e-prom and we are hoping for above 400whp.

yeah thats pretty sweet man nice setup.... andrei the guy who was tuning it kept saying that even with the tune we did i should have been pushing atleast 350... he was saying that something is blocking power somewhere but we couldnt really ever figure it out

have you done a leak down test and boost leak test yet? i was only getting like 360whp and then realized that my bov was leaking

yup we did that and my block off plate from my throttlebody was leaking but we fixed it... we also might think that for a resonator on the exhaust the guy i bought the car from might have put a glasspack on and that would restrict alot of air flow

You could always pull back your base timing a little by moving the CAS. 1g's have a pretty aggressive timing map for pump gas with more boost.

yeah car has big fmic just cant remember brand right now, 880 fic injectors, wally 250, aeromotive fpr, comp cams, stock intake, bbk throttle body, custom abel racing block off blate( to hold the boost ### it was leaking from there), wiseco .20 over pistons, eagle h-beam rods, ferrea valves, arp studs, dejon hard pipes, maft, afc-neo, no eprom, fp50trim external gated(not sure which one it is...its pretty laggy tho) tial 38mm wastegate, i think a 1 3/4" external dumptube, full 3in mandrel bent exhaust, apex n1 muffler and probably more just cant think of them right now. like i said car should be making more power i just wanted a safe tune for now so i didnt blow anything up... im gonna get an eprom and have a custom chip burned by andrei at abel or get dsmlink running then we will be able to better tune the car and make more power but yeah like i said its only tuned running the maft and afc neo

oh well that might explain it...i have a 3in DP and custom made (my buddy is pro welder) exhaust all the way back...strait pipe (love the sound)...its stainless steel thats polished inside and out...its amazing...we are going to start making them and selling them prob around $400 a peice...perfect welds from the DP all the way back...1piece
