I know there is something wrong with the TPS since it keeps throwing a CEL, but does anything else seem wrong? Is it running a little rich with the O2 getting all the way to 1 instead of sitting at .94-.96? Also it the timing supposed to go all the way to up to where mine is?

Don't bother with logging either of the O2 banks. They do nothing for you. Concentrate on PRM and Timing.

Fix the TPS. It's not helping you tune while doing that. Is that foot to the floor and only lifting to shift then right back down again?

Your timing is a little low on the 2nd gear lead-in. Add a little fuel there. The rest looks pretty good.

Agree'd, get the TPS fixed and it looks like your running pretty rich. timing looks good though.

High O2 voltage in bank 1 indicates a "rich" condition.

if your tuning with an afc im gonna go ahead and say your tune is all fuc**d up. and will continue to be until you get that tps fixed.
