420A 2gNT No power

So I have a question, I bought a 1999 eclipse gs with a power problem. Previous owner told me they changed the starter so when I got it home I changed the terminals and still nothing. Now the lights or nothing else will come on. I have no power running to the fuse box as well any ideas? Anything would be appreciated

Did you check the body side of the ground wire from the battery? Those wires look pretty corroded but I’m hoping that since you put a new terminal maybe it’s something else simple like that.

Clipped those and switched out the terminal rings but still nothing
