No Power...

I purchased my TSI about 150 miles away and as i was driving on the highway i downshifted into 4th then to 3rd and the car wants to pull but isnt pulling the throttle is open but the rpms arent going up very fast anyone know what the problem is? Turbo does its magic with the guage but the cars not moving... and this was before i seized it so now im looking for another engine...

If you're looking for a new engine, why does it matter?

If you really want to know you could always tear down the block after you drop it out of the car. With the little info you were able to give in your post it's hard to say for sure, although since the engine seized on you, my guess would be a spun bearing or even multiple spun bearings due to oil starvation.

Just curious on what happend because it drove 150 miles and got home and decided to go ut and thats when my oil pan drain plug somehow got out and thats how i lost all my oil
