420A 2gNT Limp Mode and TCU HELP

Hello DSM people I looked everywhere on this forum other forums and google. I have an idea what to look for when it comes to my 96 eclipse gs that is in limp mode. But I cant figure out how to take it out. Theres a guide on the TCU removal guide for the 1g but not the 2g. If anyone can ### help. I dont want to just start pulling things apart without knowing exactly what im taking off i just wanna drive my baby

Get another tcu.Take out wire plug, plug into new one, boom done driving.

... thanks for the help but i think i should of been more specific, like where exactly is the TCU in the car like i look under the steering wheel with the side pannels and radio out of the way but I dont know wut to unscrew sorry but im new to this much mechanicly incline type of stuff

My 95 had an a/t and the tcu is bolted to the top of the hump behind the center console all the way up at the firewall. I'm sure it is secured with 10mm bolts. looks pretty much like an ecu, a metal box about 1 in thick or so, 4-5 inches wide, and 5-6 inches long.

In my gsx it's behind the radio.In my girls avenger I think it's in the engine bay, like the ecu.

I looked under the hood but just the ecu is there here a few pics of wut im looking at maybe this helps me better explain ... oh and I kept looking on other threads and sumone wrote that a relay can be bad so thats wuts causing the limp mode i went to autozone and theyre like nope ... but i dunno i rather belive ppl on this forum than autozone. N it was 28.99 for that relay i heard it runs for about 5-10 dollars so just wondering if anybody knows bout that.
