I bought a cheap muffler tip on ebay like 5 months ago and still have it. Now i am thinking of getting a high-flowing catalytic converter. Should i buy that?

or should i buy a whole cat-back system?

If you have a muffler take it to an exhaust shop and ask them to make you a cat back shouldn't cost you too much.

If you have a muffler tip, just throw it out.

I dont know what kind of car you have, but you can get a 2.5' full exhaust with high flow cat for around $500.... That will be enough flow for whatever you have in mind (except monster turbo's that dont spool until 5000 RPM, then you would want the 3')

a muffler shop can probably make you a cat back for under $200
