Hey All, somewhat recently bought a '96 eclipse GSX all-wheel drive transmission and I was able to identify the year and type of transmission off of the main number play it, but there's also a barcode and what appear to be hand stamped numbers on another plate or rectangle towards the front. I'm just wondering if anybody knows what these mean or if anyone else has ever seen them? I tried looking for a similar thread where I could post these, but didn't see one.

The stamped one is the VIN from the original vehicle; looks to be 4E3AL54F7SE128824, meaning it was from a Talon.

I’d imagine the barcode sticker was used in the assembly plant. The last four on it, NPZT, should match the transmission code on the main plate you referred to using.
