I was wondering how do you take the pins out of the fuse box in 2g turbos. I am replacing mine in the bay and i need to get the old one out. I have no idea i have watched videos on YouTube and i have read post there isn't a lot on this out there though. Any help. Thanks. :thumb:

Any help I have messed around trying to get them out with a pick but i had no luck. Any help would be great i am stuck on this. I know there is someone that would be able to help me out there that has done a relocation. Thanks

I want to replace my fuse box in my engine bay and was wondering how you de-pin the fuse box with the fuse in it. I know you take the fuses out and bottom cover off. Then there are all kinds of engine wires there. Any ideas? I can get some pictures if you need some. Thanks

It might be a good time for a wire tuck... That way you can just cut the wires.

^^^ He is right. Skip the headache, cut the wires and relocate the box in the glove box or under the dash. Maybe even somewhere else in the bay if you have any room. Any place is better than the stock location. Its on my to-do list when the engine comes out. I get dsm envy when i see other's bays.

Depinning the fuse box would be incredibly hard from looking at them. Never done it so i cant say for sure but from the looks.....no thanks. EDIT: Apparently I am mistaken per miguels post below.

I would really like to relocate the fuse box to glove box. I have been reading up for months on it and am just overwhelmed. But if i have to do it i will. Is it worth all the time to do it?

Dep[inning the Fuse box is one of the most easy things in the engine bay, there is a lot of space to work in.

Just use a needle, insert it from top, right in the middle and pull the wire from behind, it will come out easy.
