2g no start help!! (starter)

Hey,

My 2g gst thinks its to good to want to start today When I go to start it, I hear a click and the fuel pump. It doesnt turn the motor over at all. Is my starter shot? or is there a possible relay or fuse that could have been burnt up? Ihe car was perfect when I parked it last night and went to start it this morning it gave the problem I stated above. The starter never made grinding noises and always started the car quick. It seems really odd that it would happen just like that. Any help will be apreciated as this is my only mode of transportaton so I have no way of getting to work.

your battery is dead. try checking the connections on it or getting a new one.

its not the battery, everything else works fine. the battery is only 4 months old at most.

Everytime this happens to me, I take my battery AND my starter to the store and get them to test BOTH. Even though your battery is only 4 months old, it still may have died. Maybe you accidently left your lights on....
However sounds like a bad starter to me.

i just got back from having it tested at napa and the starter gear isnt moving to engauge the flywheel. theres another 140$ on my pos car
