anyone know how good of a deal this actually is? i stumbled upon it while getting ready to order a turbo from roadrace engineering

It's not bad. It's better than SBR's anyway.

Normal prices separately would be around

Evo III $500
2g Kit $170-200
Manifold $150-200

You can recoup some money by selling one of the manifolds (be it your stock one or the one they give you), so take about $100-125 off that price and it seems fairly reasonable.
