If I have all new lines...on my car already...can I just reuse my old lines like in this: http://www.vfaq.com/mods/2G-16G-2.html

are you talking about the water lines? if so then yes you can. you'll just have to bend them a little. it may work better to swap which line goes where but i can't remember. just figure out which way they will line up best so that you only have to bend them a tiny bit.
