Nothing is ever good enough is it? Anyone with a pair of scissors and foam could seal it's sides nicely, not that you would really need to. There shouldn't be any need to extend it over the headlight.

That piece would be awesome if combined with 2-3 Dzus fasteners (instead of the bolt holes) to make the top of the bumper quick release (best to be combined with quick release fasteners near the side markers)

Don't know why you would need to go over the top. For this plate, I basically copied the original design and adapted it to work with what I had here. Like I said, I didn't plan on selling these. This will work great for this application.

I bet you will make quiet a bit if you do make them. People have been asking for these to be made for a long time. I always saw them on evos and hated how we couldn't get them.

I do the aluminum welding on the car. My buddy usually takes care of the steel. We both built the 10 point cage.The 42r has been on there for 6 years. We just changed the exhaust manifold, intercooler, and radiator this round.
