How do you cut the curved piece of the bumper support? Plasma cutter? I'll take one if you can make it work with the factory hood latch and have 3 dzus clips.

I use a bandsaw. Right now I'm thinking of ways to do it cheaper.

Theres a bunch of fab work on the cars you've posted that have me amazed. Is that a mechanical fuel pump on the green DSM?

The car is red, thats just tape. Yes it is a mechanical fuel pump. Too many issues with electric ones.
