Resolved 2G 1998 GSX, what is this connector...

look 2 or 3 replies into this thread, and please tell me what this relay/connector is. I keep popping IGN fusible links (30amp), and want to know why... My Eclipse has this harness and relay just hanging there... and when I took the relay out, I noticed a connector had rotted away..

The alternator relay?

I've seen so many left just hanging and bare, . Not that that's a good thing.
