420A What connector is this?

just trying to plug everything back in into my a/t 99 eclipse gs. Took off the harness cause previous owner had it cut up and everything. Tried my best to fix it up and trying to put the harness back together but I cant seem to find where this plug goes into. Thanks.

That appears to be for the idle air control valve, which is on the side of the throttle body.

Edit: no the IAC connector is a 4 pin. It should be for the throttle position sensor. I'd recommend replacing it as it it will likely vibration loose without the lock.
