I did a lot of reading on other posts about this, but really didn't find the answers I was looking for...

#1 - I read that it is "advisable" to port out the O2 housing or buy a ported O2 housing with a 16g, can anyone clarify that a little more. As in how necessary is it? ANSWERED

#2 - How come some 2g install kits only have a J pipe and most people say you only need a J pipe when other install kits and some people say you also need an L pipe (90 degree) in order for it to fit the SMIC? ANSWERED

#3 - Parts that are ordered: small 16g, 190 Walbro, Evo 560cc injectors, 99 Flashed ECU...anything else I need or should check into?

#4 - Does the 190 walbro need an install kit? I saw some came with "install kits" and others didn't. ANSWERED

#5 - Goal 300-325HP, guy that I am getting my flashed ECU from says I may make up to 350HP, do I need another BOV? (1g BOV, not sure if it is "crushed", got pics in my profile I believe) ANSWERED

I think that's all the questions I got, I did A LOT of reading and couldn't find any answers specific to these, I would like to keep this thread open though since I will be installing the turbo hopefully early next week Mon-Wed just in case I need extra help or run into any issues.
Ready to get my hands dirty and get this beast running in time for summer!

The whole point of going the flashed ECU was for me not to have to worry about the fine tuning. As you said, I may have more horsepower in there it's just a matter of me squeezing it out and adjusting.

I'm ok with that, as long as I have more power than stock, and also have the ability to take it even farther than the flashed ECU once I have time to tune and make fine adjustments. I probably didn't explain myself fully, so I'll try to now.

My goal is 300-325, if it's less than that I'm ok with that I just want the "potential" to be there so when I do get more time on my hands and can understand tuning and fine adjustments better I can really unlock the potential of the set up.
My main goal RIGHT NOW is to get the busted T-25 out of there, and have a setup that will be fine for a DD that has more get up and go than stock. If that means 250-280 hp with the potential of more that's what I want. After doing some reading last night I have made the commitment of getting a FMIC here in about a month or two. I think the SMIC will be fine for right now though, because once I get the s16g installed and everything, I won't be boosting much or racing the car.

Every place in this area has 93 octane. The gentleman I am ordering the flash ECU from told me the minimum hp I would see with my setup would be 300. I understand what you mean by that could be a far fetched number, but it doesn't make sense he would tell me that when he has flashed many ECU's for other customers with my same exact setup, also the ECU comes with a warranty and such. With how easy it is to get the car dyno'd I don't see why he would give me a low chance number instead of playing it on the safe side and low balling me.

Just doesn't make sense, but I guess we will find out either way LOL. I wasn't planning on getting the car dyno'd but after all this I am going to just to see what kind of numbers I can get. And with your advice I am seriously considering some 650cc injectors now. Glad I haven't ordered the 560cc's yet or the SMIC upgraded piping. I may just order some 650cc's now and a FMIC. Thanks again, appreciate it!

I went with 880s. So I think I'll be good. But we'll see. I hope the 190 is enough to max the E3 16G. I think my weakest links right now are the SMIC and exhaust manifold for me. I'm hoping in the next two weeks I will be dumping some info into this thread. All I need to order now is the Openport and a J pipe to hook up the SMIC to the new turbo.
