2.4 L race motor

Has anyone actually bought and tried installing one of the race motors from the dsm catalog into there car? i was looking at the dohc 2.4, with the 2.0 gsx there isnt that much room as it is and will it bolt directly to the awd tranny? what about motor mounts? im sure it is alot of work or is it actually a direct bolt in as easy as changing my oil? any personal experiance?

2.4l isn't bigger on the outside; when they sell you a 6bolt 2.4l it'll be the same thing on the outside as a 2.0l, same flywheel, same motor mounts etc.

As easy as changing your oil? , no.
