2.3 stroker

Ok I was told to get on here and get further info from you guys. I bought a 1990 awd talon turbo 2.3 stroker with mods such as t4 turbo Tial wastegate dumps and such. Problem was it had stock rods good for 400hp, and it dynoed over that. I have rebuilt it. New rods, bearings, full engine gasket kit. Not my first rebuild. I heard they have a knock?? stock motor goes about 5 knocks?? And a built one would go 9-15 knocks or so... Well I am in the market to buy a dsmlink. I was wonder how hard are they to mess with? Tuning wise. Help is appreciated thank you...

If you have any kind of basic car knowledge at all, DSMLink is really really easy to pick up. The only real learning curve is learning what things are (i.e. knock, air fuel ratio etc..). Other than that, there's not much more to it.

Also, you're given access to the exclusive DSMLink forums with purchase of the product. Forums are invaluable in getting help with your logs. Additionally, they have much more technical knowledge than public forums and include different sections for other parts of the car (suspension, engine management, sales/trades etc...).

Good product -- I have nothing but good things to say about it.

PS - Seems like a large majority of people on the DSMLink forums have 2.3/2.4 motors.

Ok, thanks man. I am dying to get this out and about and want it to last me a while. Other toy is a 427 stroker procharged mustang. Thanks for the info man.
