ok i was wondering if i could use a 7 bolt 4g64 crankshaft on a 6 bolt 4g63. to make a 2.3liter stroker. an would i be able to reuse the factory rods an main bearings

Very low budget is 2g pistons on 1g rods.

Just find a g4cs engine out of ana old elantra. That will have the crank you need.
You dont have to buy a brand new crank.

that has been taken into consideration i will be using arp hardwear an i half to get new pistons due to the .020 bore incress an i planed to only run 272 cams an 20g turbo also i have a 2g head with 1g intake on itDepending on what you want to do.Use a 4g64 crank in a 6 bolt block, stock rods stroker pistons.If you are going to use stock rods change to ARP hardware remember to have the rods resized.Stock rods with new hardware can safely hold 450 hp more than enough for the street.Stroker motors are good for low to mid range power. You don't want to build upper RPM power. To also keep this streetable you don't need big cams or even a large turbo. Try a 20 g or even a large 16g. Remember stroker means more low to mid range power less upper end
If you have a low budget why go stroker then? Have you even taken into consideration an engine management and fuel system yet for the 20g? I am building a stroker engine. There is a 6 bolt 4g64 crank but most were 7 bolts, which will not work. The G4CS crank is a 6 bolt and that's what would work. You will also need to clearance your block so the rods won't hit. I would not recommend running forged pistons and stock rods. The metals heat up differently, plus forged rods aren't that much more. Keep in mind you will need to get adjustable cam gears unless you get a cam designed specifically for the stroker engine such as FP3/FP3x cams. You will need to degree them as well.
You can still make plenty of power with a 2.0, and that's what I would recommend if you want to get the most for your money and since your budget limited. You won't be able to rev a stroker as high as you can a 2.0 either.
