It looks like the timing belt skipped a few teeth. If you're going to get a built engine, I would choose Buschur over SBR and Engintecs over both of them.

Depending on your goals you might not need a forged bottom end, I would give Mitch a call and discuss your options.

Do you guys think I bent the valves? Is there anyway to tell without taking everything apart, or taking it to a shop, I cant get it looked at by a professional because there are no shops here that can do it, I would have to send it off. If it is warped i have no choice though.

I would be shocked if you did not bend some valves. The quick & dirty check is with the sparkplug in valves closed set the head chamber up and fill it with water. If it runs out eather port you have bent valves.

Honestly, judging by the way the car was knocking and such, i think that
someone else before you broke the t-belt, bending the valves and causing the piston
tovalve contact. I think your excessive knock has caused the hg to blow between the 2 cylinders. Remember, knocking is the flame front of the compression stroke being
compressed at the wrong time. This would cause your headgasket to blow between 2
cylinders, and make your car run crappy (compression sharing between 2 cylinders will
cause knocking as well, because when the one cylinder gets fired off, instead of the
compression staying in the cylinder and the momentum moving the piston down, it seeps into the next cylinder and fills it with unburnt fuel/air.) I honestly think the piston
to valve contact happened BEFORE you got the car. How far are you from SLC, UT??

Those marks could be from a previous valve/piston encounter. I have torn apart several engines to find valve marks in the pistons from a previous head. That could be also the reason for part of your knock problems as there are some good hot spots probably from the dented areas. You can usually tell if your valves are bent when you turn the cams over you can clearly see if they seat properly or not.
