Alright guys, I have been working on a few 3d renderings of a 1ga (actually several LOL) and these are what I got out of it. This is probably 20 some odd hours to get here, but with recent weather in Texas, I've had plenty of non wrench time to play with it.
I am by no means a pro at this, but I have spent a lot of time learning. I was inspired by Ludachris's posts about flares, and just started.

The original model came off google warehouse, along with all the backdrops and accessory's, everything else is all me: colors, textures and reshaping.
Also, these were rendered at 1920X1080 resolution, just if anyone wants to see a bigger pic. Big tv computer monitors are great. :thumb:
The blue one has a custom (rice?) front bumper cover.

Nice work man, I wish GT5 had the 1g dsm in it, it would look like your renderings kinda.
so far no hard core racing video games have the 1g dsms in them it would be nice to have a hack to play with a real 1g dsm, like the one you posted in GT5 or in the up coming GT6.

I wasn't going to say anything, something is wrong with both of the dsms you posted...

hint: people are gonna think these are 1.8 sohc 4G37 non turbo models... ... ...

okay I'll spell it out for you they are missing the distinctive hood bulge, which provides spacing for the cam gears on the 1st gen 4g63 2.0 dsms.

Otherwise I like these renderings, thanks for sharing with us.

Mitsubishikid, I noticed the bulge missing also, part of the reason I did the hoods in black, make it a bit harder to notice. I downloaded the original off the google warehouse, so the main parts arent mine. And bud92, thanks, Im quite proud of that front bumper, I stretched it down at the opening, as well as flaring the opening up and down in the center to flow better for the fmic obviously. I also did a deathrace 1ga just for s&g...
