1ga/1991 Talon Front Bumper And Read Bumper and light removal

The title pretty much says what i need to do. Some lady rear ended my car in a burger king parking lot and i need to fix the rear bumper and light. (Also if anyone knows how to temporaly fix a big paint chip please PM me or post on here) I will have pictures soon. Also from the previous owner the front bumper was cracked. It looked like he might of hit a curb. How do both the rear and front come off so that i can fix them and re paint them. Please post all advice and how to's And if you do know about the how to fix a paint chip please post. THanks..

go to the tech guide, there is a how to remove the bumpers from a 93 talon, yes its a little different but MOSTLY the same as far as removing the tail lights and where the bumper bolts are.
