1g windshield Canada

Is there anywhere in Canada or even the states to order 1g windshield from?
I see everyone looking for one, is there not a manufacture that would make them and do pre-orders for a bigger run of them? I am sure some would buy more than one!

No such thing as a brand new replacement anymore.

The Rebuild Kings in Brampton Ontario can get both 1g and 2g windshields.

That's pretty wild that a used car dealership that doesn't indicate they deal in used parts can get something as obscure as a DSM windshield. Never in my life would I have considered calling them given their indicated specialty and online inventory. Damn good info @jdxnc!

The owner, Deep Mann, friend of a friend, he's restored several DSMs and acquired them and said he can supply them.

I wouldn't count on that until you have it in your hands. From what I learned this summer there was only 1 place making these windshields, and it was in china and they didn't fit good. Anyway, they discontinued them - there will be no more new windshields. Anything out there is existing stock, and once it's gone it's gone.

I called speedy glass and boyd by me, both said they could get me a windshield for $800cdn.

I inquired about 8 months ago at a local autoglass store where I was getting a small chip repaired. The person looked on some kind of database, and said there showed “a few” in the US.
Hard to drive without one.

Ok I did some calling around today and got more information. Sound like one guy out of BC bought all the remaining stock in Canada. I was given his phone number and email, so I might contact him and see if he'll be a nice guy and sell me one.

It was glass Lab in Winnipeg. They ordered it brand new from their supplier.
