1G Weird noise coming from gold box under shifter?

Hello,

My car starting making this noise after i shut the key off. I smelt a strange almost wire burning smell but found no bad wires. My car still runs and drives? What is it . What should i do or check out.

It looks like it might be the MPI Control Relay circled in the picture I attached, although it's hard to tell exactly when comparing your video to my service manual. The easiest way to tell would be to check for a part number (I can't quite make it out in the video) to enter into Google.

• IC105 controls ECU pins 67 and 68, Idle Speed Control (ISC) Servo (coil pair B).
  
  Im not sure why it caused the buzzing of the MPI Relay but it is for sure what the issue was.
