2G remove wire from fuse box

I am deleting my fog light connectors and the hot side for them tee into 1 and is located in the fuse box (fog lamp) then 2 more wires go in the 15amp fuse thing.

The question is: Can I just remove sections from the fuse box?

And can I delete the wire at the fog light button at the dash?

If memory serves correctly that circuit only runs the fog lights and nothing else. So yes, you can. Or you can leave the circuit in place and use it to power something else in the future.

thanks, does anyone know how to remove the white plastic piece in the fuse box? Like how do I get the wire out with the metal clip thing.
