I have a 91 tsi that im having a bit of an issue with. Its running dsmlink and on the data logging it says that the tps is reading 0.02 volts regardless if its plugged in or not. It also dosent read any tps percentage. Anyone have thoughts on what could be wrong.

I would start by checking for the +5v and sensor ground at the TPS connector, and verify that your tps wire is connected at the ecu

Along with this I would check resistance on the TPS sensor and verify it has a nice sweeping increase.

Im still confused on to why if i checj my TPS its either 4.06 all the way to the left and 4.87 all the way to the right.. idk why i cant get it to say just " .5 "...
