OK heres my issue. I was having an issue with my throttle voltage jumping all over, so I replaced my tps with a new one. That worked for about a day then started doing the same thing. Replaced that the new tps with a new oem tps and same thing. So replaced the entire wire harness. It worked for about one drive, the next day I went out and started the car and it started doing the same thing. also swapped the ecu with a working one, same thing. I'll get the voltage set right at .63 it will stay like that for a minute and then drop to like .35 volts. And it will normally stay around there. once in a while when I let off the gas it will land back on .63 volts. Also when I accelerate the voltage doesn't climb like it should, and when im steady on the gas the voltage will jump around. I'm completely stumped. I've replaced everything that has to do with tps as far as I know and am still having the same problem. I've done some testing also.

Resistance at the tps sensor: pins 1 to 4, 5110 ohms
pins 2 to 4, 740-5170 ohms
pins 1 to 2, 4520-50 ohms
the resistance is smooth when I turn the throttle on pins
1-2 and 2-4.

With the key off and the harness unplugged the resistance between 4 and chassis ground is 1.5 ohms

With the key on at the harness, voltage between pins 1and 4 is 4.96 volts
voltage between 4 and chassis ground is
0.2 volts
voltage between pins 3and 4 is 0.2 volts

Please help, this is driving crazy and I honestly am just grasping at straws at this point. I don't know where to even look at this point.

Ok think I figured it out. However the tps ties in with the tcu it's screwing with it. When I unplug the tcu the tps operates perfect. When I plug it in it acts weird again. So next question does ecmlink work on tcu's? I also emailed Dave at efi specialties. So hopefully on of them can help me out.
