1g tail light removal due to water

I have about have an inch of sitting water in my left taillight. I noticed this right after a hard rain.

Has this happened to anyone else?

How do I remove the taillight(s)?

There may be a crack in your light. Couple of ways to deal with this.

You could drill a very small hole in the bottom of the light so the water will drain out cause this light will continue to do this, or you could replace the light.

There are some panels behind the light in the trunk. Remove the panels and it will expose the back of the light housing. Uncrew the light and it should come right out.
