Hey guys need some help with spal fan wiring. Some people have told me to just wire them into the factory harness, but drawling 40amps is going to cause issues. I still have AC if that matters at all, and would like to use the coolant sensor on the bottom of the rad to activate them both at the same time can someone draw me a wiring diagram to help me understand what exactly to do?

That setup would be simple, if all you want is to run the fans based on the thermo switch.

Two 20 to 30A relays each getting fused power from the battery feeding the fans and a shared circuit that runs to the relay coils (in parallel) and is grounded by the thermo switch.

If you want to power both relays from one fused wire from the battery, make sure to size the wire to minimize the voltage drop and heating.

It gets more complex if you want the A/C to also turn on the fans.

I figured it would be better to have the fans both run all the time since they flow less than the OEM ones. Thoughts on this?

Good info, I'm about to put my dual mishimoto fan shroud kit in. I think I'm going to attempt and take spare connectors off stock fans and make it plug and play. I have AC deleted, I think I'll be able to activate the second fan with the AC button at that point.

Original poster, you definitely want the fans to be automatically turned on/off with the thermo switch. He's saying, since you wanted both fans running always, that turning on the AC wouldn't activate another fan like normal. (Since yours would already be both going)
