91 1g talon TSI AWD 84k miles completely stock. The lifter tick on this is getting annoying and I think it might be causing the knock sensor to cause the ecu to change the timing (car sometimes bogs and at other times runs great). Anyway time to replace them, they are the originals. What lifters is everyone using these days? Tons on ebay at a variety of prices just looking for some recommendations. Noticed these ITM's on thedsmgraveyard also http://www.thedsmgraveyard.com/ITM-p/itm-056-5137.htm

Thanks.

I'm always leery of buying parts off of ebay. By the 3G lifters off of one of our vendors on here. Their prices are pretty close to ebay and you can be assured of good quality.

I did some ITM's on a 4G37 a few years back.
Got rid of the tick in that motor.
One lifter had the tip all crushed in so it wouldn't pump up as with the others.
I sold the car just last year and last I heard, it's still running totally smooth.

I wouldnt get anything from dsmgraveyard unless your trying to wait over 2 months to get it, just a heads up
