I need a engine for a 93 talon TSI. I need to know excatly what engine I need, and a great price for one. I know the basics of the engine for it but, I don't know what engine specficly I need to buy. thanks

I'd get a 6-bolt
The engine that was originally in the car was a 7-bolt.

You mean like engine code?

It's a 4G63T DOHC 16 Valve Turbo engine.

I found this 93 TSI for about $300 he burnt the hell out of the pistons and with 160,000 I figured new engine. Just gonna swap it. I figure I am getting a good deal. the body is in pretty good shape.
