Rtm racing is selling a Galant version, that it claims is the same but shorter wiring. I can’t vouch for it, but worth a look. There has been a lot of threads about OEM knock sensor scarcity, so try searching those, too, for clues. I wonder what makes them go bad, and whether simply age is a factor; ie if someone is keeping a spare, could it go bad on the shelf?
