1g 255hp fuel pump fit 2g?

Well I just picked up a 2g and I was wondering if my 255hp fuel pump fit my 2g with just getting a 2g install kit or are the fuel pumps different and I'll have to go out and buy a different one?

No, they're not all the same. This guy recently posted about having a Walbro 190lph pump for the wrong DSM generation.

It'll be the same situation for the 255's, only the model numbers are GSS315 for the 1G and GSS317 for the 2G. The high pressure 255's are GSS341 (1G) and GSS342 (2G).
