1999 eclipse rs wont start!!!

ok so i think this is some kind of eletrical problem, because the headlights and all that work fine but when i push in the clutch the car does nothing at all, my radio also wont turn on by the way. im thinking something with the wiring isnt right? need help!!

every thing checked out good, its just not turning over or anything. anyone have any type of wiring diagram or could this be a blown fuse? i had the car running turned it off went inside for about 10 minutes came back to try and start it back up and nothing happened.
