1995 TSI upgrades

Hard pipes with 1G crushed BOV
Stiffer shifter bushings
Blouch 16G

Ordered:
New manifold gaskets
ARP Chromoly turbo bolts
New intake filter

I have all these in my cart ready to go just don't know if i need... I have the blue top 450cc i believe, but my goal here is 300hp with a little room. I have checked all my maintenance and did my walk through and inspection and shes ready for more.

Skip on the manifold and o2 housing. You're going to need something to tune with and I always recommend to be able to monitor AFR's, boost, etc and make changes to them before you start throwing more parts at it. Order up ECMLink V3, a wideband sensor and boost gauge. Next get a 255 pump, rewire it, get a good rising rate 1:1 afpr (not some ebay junk) and get a good solid tune on the car. You'll max out the stock injectors pretty quickly but you certainly don't need to upgrade them right away.

I have socket ecu and someone who can tune so I'm good on that. So skip on injectors? My manifold now is cracked so I need to replace it. I'll keep the factory o2 but I've kind of always followed stage1 path upgrades.

If you're going to get a AFPR kit just get a 255.
