Resolved 1990 ECU question

I purchased a socketed 1990 EPROM the other day, or at least I was told. However, I just realized it was for an AWD and I have a FWD. Will this still work? I really don't see why it wont since both cars are manual transmissions.

I ran across something else while doing research. One site I found said the EPROM is out of a 1991 and other sites say its out of a 1990. Anyone know of a good site to cross reference these? It is model MD145903 E2T34478.
