Hope this helps Got this from another forum.

Coming from the ecu side of the harness:

Pin ? Red w/ black = "memory" power to ecu

Pin 2 Yellow w/ white = "Power" mode from AT switch (shouldnt need)
Pin 3 Brown = accelerator "on/off" switch (shouldnt need)
Pin 4 Red w/ white = runs between CC computer and trans computer (shouldnt need)
pin 5? Red w/ green stripe = check engine light
Pin 6 Red w/ black = AC clutch relay
Pin 7 Red w/ black = Power to AT control unit (shouldnt need, but might be shared with memory power from ecu, hence the ? on top)
Pin 9 Black w/ red = factory boost gauge
Pin 10 Black = Ground to cruise control computer
Pin 11 Yellow w/ red =Self diagnosis connector for AT control unit(shouldnt need)
Pin 12 Green w/ white = TPS signal to cruise computer
Pin 13 Blue w black = from fuse block to inhibitor switch (shouldn't need)
Pin 15 Blue w/ red = power window relay
Pin 17 White = Self diagnosis connector for AT control unit(shouldnt need)
Pin 18 Green = Idle switch to cruise computer

To disable the neutral switch in the engine bay connect the two black w/ yellow wires; pins 8 and 9 in the 12 pin connector.

The OP wanted to know how to install a SAFC on a 90 and I pointed him to the VFAQ since the SAFC install doesn't touch either pins 6 or 14 and they are the only connector difference between the 90 and later ECUs.
